KENDO :
  • Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm
  • Fridays 6:00pm - 8:30pm (Bogu only)*
  • Saturdays 11:00am - 1:00pm

*Friday is reserved for advanced training. Once the student starts wearing the armor he/she may join the friday practice.

IAIDO :
  • Saturdays 9:30am - 11:00am

*Only advanced students (3 Dan and up) with Sensei's permission may be allowed to practice with a 'shinken' (sharp blade).

Shidokan also offers Iaido instruction at the John Abbott College.
